Coop Coup

Coop Coup is a online multiplayer party game  where players must blend in with a crowd of NPC chickens, whilst trying to identify which chicken they control and which are the other player-controlled chickens. Observe, blend in... and wait for your moment to PECK.

Rules:

• 1 point - Pecking an NPC chicken
• 3 points - Pecking and eliminating a player-controlled chicken
• The game ends when only 1 player chicken remains, or 15 points reached.

How to try the game out:
Recommend you watch the video above! But in summary:

• make sure you and whoever you are playing with have set your Steam region (Settings > Downloads) to the same region (example: London)
• Make sure you are logged into steam before launching the game
• Launch the CoopCoup executable in the downloaded game folder
• Choose to Host or Join a game
• GET PECKING

Credits

The game was made in Unreal Engine 5.4. There's no web builds, sorry - but check out my Twitch vods if you need confidence that the download is safe.

• Server will now wait for all clients to finish taking control of their chicken before starting the match
  • this means clients should all have a fair start
• The loading screen will remain on screen until all players have connected to the match.
  • this prevents players from seeing new players spawn in, giving away their location
• A pointless but charming TAUNT action has been added in, to taunt your rival chickens
  • T on keyboard, top face button on controller
